Where we ship
Rera Beauty currently delivers only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states plus Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territories. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Processing your order
Once you place an order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to prepare your shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery timeframe
After processing, standard delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 4 to 6 business days. These are estimates provided by our carriers; actual delivery may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping cost
We offer free shipping on every order – no minimum purchase, no coupon code needed. The total you see at checkout (product price + applicable taxes + $0 shipping) is exactly what you pay. No handling fees or surprise charges are added later.
Carriers we use
We partner with reliable shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce. The most suitable carrier is chosen based on your location and package size. Tracking information is always provided.
Changing or canceling an order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please write to us within 2 hours of placing it at info@rerabeeauty.com. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Lost or damaged packages
Should your package be lost or arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days
of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if
appropriate, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost
to you.
Undeliverable shipments
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or because the package was not claimed, we will reach out to you. Reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
