Your 30‑day right to return
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item to decide if you want to keep it. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund.
What can be returned
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging (including any boxes, inserts, or accessories)
- Free from damage caused by the customer (manufacturing defects are always covered)
Non‑returnable items
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products with a broken or missing safety seal
- Items clearly marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑returnable” on the product page
Who pays for return shipping
We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. You will receive a prepaid shipping label – you do not pay any postage or restocking fees.
How to return an item
- Email our support team at info@rerabeeauty.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Within 1 business day, we will send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier’s location shown on the label.

Refund timing
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. After we process the refund, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method – this depends on your bank or card issuer.
Wrong or defective items
If you receive a defective product or something different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including any original shipping costs) at no charge, and we will also cover return shipping.
