Accepted payment methods
We accept the following forms of payment for all orders (all transactions in U.S. dollars):
- Visa (credit and debit cards)
- Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
- PayPal (including PayPal Balance, linked bank accounts, PayPal Credit where available)
We do not accept American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, cryptocurrency, bank transfers (ACH/wire), cash, checks, money orders, or COD.
Payment security
All card payments are processed through Stripe (PCI‑DSS Level 1 compliant). PayPal transactions go through PayPal’s secure gateway. Your full card number is tokenized and never stored on our servers.
When you are charged
- Credit/debit cards – charged immediately when you click “Place Order.” You will receive an order confirmation email right after successful authorization.
- PayPal – a hold is placed at checkout; funds are captured when your order is confirmed (usually within minutes).
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and will be clearly displayed at checkout. The total you see before clicking “Place Order” is the final amount you pay.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, you will see an error message. Please contact your bank (for card issues) or PayPal support. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized.
No hidden fees
We do not charge any:
- Payment processing fees or credit card surcharges
- Service fees
- Handling fees
- Restocking fees
- Any other hidden surcharges
The total at checkout (product subtotal + taxes + $0 shipping) is your final price.
Invoices and receipts
Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you need a separate invoice for business or tax purposes, email info@rerabeeauty.com with your order number and “Invoice Request” within 30 days of purchase.
Billing address verification
To prevent fraud, we may verify that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your card issuer or PayPal. If there is a mismatch, your payment may be declined. Please double‑check your billing information.
