Q: Do you really offer free shipping?
A: Yes. Every order shipped to the contiguous United States qualifies for free shipping. No minimum purchase, no code required.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states + Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or any international addresses at this time.
Q: How long until I receive my order?
A: Processing takes 1–3 business days. After that, delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and federal holidays are not counted as business days.
Q: Can I track my package?
A: Absolutely. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, Discover, bank transfers, cash, or checks.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund.
Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: No. Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Q: Are there restocking fees?
A: No. We never charge restocking fees or any other hidden fees.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email info@rerabeeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid label and instructions.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive your returned item, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. After that, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7–10 business days to show the credit in your account.
Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: Products with a broken safety seal and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rerabeeauty.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) at no charge.

A: It means we use carefully selected, clean ingredients; test every product for safety and effectiveness; and stand behind everything we sell.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: They are developed and formulated in the United States. Individual product pages may contain more specific sourcing details.

A: Yes. We use Stripe and PayPal (both PCI‑DSS Level 1 compliant). Your full card number is tokenized and never stored on our servers. Our entire website is protected by SSL encryption (HTTPS).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not currently. We ship only to the contiguous United States. If this changes, we will update our Shipping Policy.
